Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Your images stay on your device

Your files never leave your device. All processing happens locally in your browser. PixelResize performs all image processing — including compression, conversion, resizing, cropping, watermarking and background removal — locally in your web browser. We do not upload, receive, store, or have any access to the files you process.

Information we collect

Because your files are never sent to us, we do not collect or store any of your images or their contents. We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as which tools are most popular and general device or browser type) to help us improve the site. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Cookies and advertising

PixelResize is supported by advertising. Our advertising partners, including Google AdSense, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

Third-party services

We may use third-party services for hosting and analytics. These providers process only the technical request data required to deliver the website and never receive the images you process.

Your data protection rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. Because your images are processed entirely on your own device and are never uploaded to us, we hold no copies of your files and no user-identifiable records tied to them. Any rights requests relating to the limited analytics or advertising data described above can be made via our contact page.

Children's privacy

PixelResize is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
